Should you need assistance in looking for and reserving hotels near UP Diliman, please do inform us in advance so we can communicate with the hotels and possibly arrange reservations on your behalf. However, the accommodation expenses and transportation expenses going to the venue and back to your hotel are on top of the registration fee.

The Communications Director may refer the participants to the airport shuttle service of your chosen hotel or other available transportation services at the airport. The fees for airport transfers are on top of the registration package fees.
