Phase 2 Registration

Phase 2 Registration for PIDC 2009 is on-going and will conclude by 3:00 PM of March 27, 2009. Please note that completing the payments for any registration package past this deadline will merit a late fee charge of Php 500.00 per person.

All institutions that are interested in joining PIDC 2009 may complete this registration form. However, those that were not able to complete Phase 1 Registration must pay the full amount of registration fees as soon as possible to secure the desired number of slots. The list of schools that have successfully completed Phase 1 Registration may be found on this page.

Kindly fill out the following form according to the number of teams/adjudicators your institution will be sending to the tournament. Should you wish to send more teams/adjudicators than the number provided for on this page, please email pidc2009@gmail.com with the appropriate details. You may download a text version of this form here.

Please note that availing of t-shirts is not mandatory. The field relating to t-shirt sizes is purely for surveying purposes.
